The safer space principles apply to all customers, visitors, employees and performers who are on Culture Factory Korjaamo’s premises and at its events.

Recognize the assumptions you make

Pay attention to your choice of words and be aware of the diversity of people.

Give and make space

Recognize your own role and position in different situations, and enable others’ participation through your own actions. Respect people’s physical integrity.

Intervene in harassment

If you notice harassment or other inappropriate treatment, intervene in a way that feels appropriate to you.

If you experience or notice disturbing behavior in our activities or events, please contact Korjaamo’s staff or the security guard on duty at the event. We promise to address the matter and help you get safely away from the distressing situation.

Harassment and molestation of any kind are prohibited in Korjaamo’s activities. Violent behavior will result in removal from the premises and criminal consequences.

We do our best to make our activities safe for everyone, and we welcome feedback on this. We will change our practices if shortcomings or problems are identified.
