Ratikka Group Oy

In 2020, Culture Factory Korjaamo passed to new owners with diverse expertise in art, entertainment, events and business.

The majority owner of the new Ratikka Group Oy is Livson Group, a local family company in the marketing, events, licensing and tourism industry, whose best-known group companies include, among others, Muumimaailma Oy (Moomin World) and the marketing agency Lataamo Group. The other four owners are Antti Luusuaniemi, a film and television industry professional and founder and artistic director of the Red Carpet festival group; Jaajo Linnonmaa, a serial entrepreneur and media personality; Kim Heiniö, an innovative developer of Helsinki’s restaurant culture and long-time entrepreneur; and Jussi Tapio, a multi-talented figure in business and culture.

With the change of ownership, the Korjaamo complex is being developed, in all its functions, into the city’s most interesting, highest-quality meeting place, with an exceptionally diverse range of services, for city residents, cultural operators and corporate clients alike.
